Dr. Stefan Raith
Co-Founder & CTO
Stefan is the managing director and CTO. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from TUM Munich and a PhD from RWTH Aachen University and is specialized on the development of digital solutions for a variety of medical challenges, especially the creation of innovative tools and methods for computer-aided surgery for more than ten years. Due to his unique experience in the medical field, he is our bridge builder between the worlds of engineering and medicine. As the quality manager at Inzipio, he is also an educated expert in regulatory topics, as Certified Professional for Medical Software (CPMS).

Co-Founder & CEO
Thomas is the managing director and CEO of Inzipio. With a background in business engineering and an MBA in Management and Entrepreneurship from WHU, he is responsible for our business development, sales, marketing, fundraising, finance, and controlling. Before founding Inzipio, he gathered experience in business consulting and international business development.

Co-Founder & Chief AI Officer
As Chief AI Officer, Tobias is responsible for the development of the components of our software involving artificial intelligence. He graduated with a Masters degree in Computer Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and has experience in software development and machine learning.

Prof. Dr. Dr. Ali Modabber
Co-Founder & Chief Medical Officer
Ali is the Chief Medical Officer and thus medical head of our team. He is an experienced cranio-maxillofacial surgeon practicing and researching at the RWTH Aachen Unversity Hospital. As an expert and innovator in the field of computer-aided surgery, he brings a deep understanding of our customers needs and wishes and the medical requirements for our products. Furthermore, he is also responsible for our experimental and clinical studies.
Srikrishna Jaganathan, M. Sc.
Software Engineer
Srikrishna specializes in computer vision and medical imaging, developing AI solutions using Python and PyTorch. He contributes to the creation of AI pipelines for our automated surgical planning software and works on full-stack development, including backend systems, API creation, and React-based frontends. He actively incorporates large language models into our applications to keep our solutions at the cutting edge. Srikrishna stays current with AI and medical imaging advancements, supporting our team's innovative efforts.
Dr. rer. medic. Alexander Brenner
Software Engineer
Alexander contributes to the full-stack development at Inzipio. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from RWTH Aachen University and a PhD from the University of Münster. He combines academic insight with technical expertise in Computer Vision, Machine Learning and Software Development to advance AI-driven solutions in surgical planning. His work spans regulatory aspects of medical device software, as well as backend systems and React-based frontend development.
