Co-Founder, Managing Director & CTO
Dr. Stefan Raith
Stefan leads INZIPIO’s technology and product development. He is also responsible for quality management and regulatory strategy.
He studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Munich and earned his doctorate at RWTH Aachen University. For more than ten years, he has worked at the intersection of engineering and medicine, developing digital methods and software solutions for computer-assisted surgery.
With his combination of technical expertise, clinical understanding and regulatory experience, Stefan connects the worlds of engineering, software development and medical practice.
Co-Founder, Managing Director & CEO
Thomas Roth, MBA
Thomas is responsible for INZIPIO’s corporate strategy, business development, sales, marketing, partnerships, fundraising and finance.
He has a background in business engineering and holds an MBA in Management and Entrepreneurship from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
Before co-founding INZIPIO, Thomas gained professional experience in management consulting and international business development. At INZIPIO, he focuses on transforming innovative medical technology into a sustainable and internationally successful business.
Co-Founder & Chief AI Officer
Tobias Pankert, M. Sc.
Tobias leads the development of INZIPIO’s artificial intelligence and machine-learning technologies.
He holds a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology and Computer Engineering from RWTH Aachen University. His professional focus includes software development, machine learning, medical image processing and computer-assisted surgical planning.
At INZIPIO, Tobias develops AI-assisted capabilities and advanced image-processing methods for future versions of the company’s technology.
Co-Founder & Chief Medical Officer
Prof. Dr. Dr. Ali Modabber, MBA, FEBOMFS
Ali provides the medical and clinical perspective within the INZIPIO team.
As an experienced oral and maxillofacial surgeon and researcher at University Hospital RWTH Aachen, he brings extensive knowledge of reconstructive surgery, clinical workflows and computer-assisted surgical planning.
Ali supports the translation of clinical requirements into technological solutions and contributes to the design and implementation of experimental and clinical studies.
Software Engineer
Srikrishna Jaganathan, M. Sc.
Srikrishna specialises in computer vision, medical imaging and machine learning.
At INZIPIO, he contributes to the development of image-processing and AI-assisted technologies using Python and PyTorch. His work also includes full-stack software development, backend systems, APIs and React-based user interfaces.
By combining expertise in artificial intelligence with practical software engineering, Srikrishna helps translate advanced technological concepts into reliable and user-centred applications.
Software Engineer
Dr. rer. medic. Alexander Brenner
Alexander contributes to the full-stack development of INZIPIO’s medical software.
He holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from RWTH Aachen University and a doctorate from the University of Münster. His professional expertise includes computer vision, machine learning, software engineering and medical image processing.
At INZIPIO, Alexander works across backend and frontend development and contributes to the implementation of quality and regulatory requirements for medical device software.
